Garmin has discontinued the G3X Touch. Its successor is Garmin AXIS, which is the flight deck we now recommend for your Skyhawk, Skylane or Stationair.

If you want one modern flight deck, pick Garmin AXIS. If you want the smallest step, the dual GI 275 package replaces round gauges with two electronic instruments in the existing instrument positions. Yes. The GFC 500 is a digital autopilot that holds altitude and course and works with the new Garmin displays. It is configured for aircraft with G5, G3X Touch or GI 275 instruments, so you can start with the instruments and add the autopilot. An optional yaw damper servo is available for a steadier ride on long legs.

Yes. Completed Cessnas range from a GMA 345 audio panel with a GNC 255A radio, through a GTN 750Xi with the GFC 500 autopilot, to a modern glass panel with the GFC 500 autopilot. The GFC 500 works with G5, GI 275 and Garmin AXIS displays, so each step builds on the last.

A GTX 345R remote transponder adds ADS-B Out and also receives ADS-B In traffic and weather. A GNX 375 combines a GPS navigator with a Mode S ADS-B Out transponder in a single unit.
