- 01
Scope call
We talk through how you fly and what you want the new panel to do.
- 02
Panel and wiring design
Panel layout, wiring diagram and electrical load calculation are drawn up before parts are ordered.
- 03
Approval path
We handle the certification paperwork for you, from Garmin STC kits to custom designs by AIR TEAM Engineering.
- 04

Lead times and the hangar slot are agreed, and the quote states the downtime for the agreed scope.
- 05
Installation and tests
Installation at Kunovice under EASA Part-145, followed by the checks the installation calls for, such as pitot-static and IFR tests, magnetic compensation and weight and balance.
- 06

The aircraft returns with a Certificate of Release to Service and the updated documentation, and the crew is shown how to fly the new Garmin equipment.
Approval and paperwork
We install under our EASA Part-145 approval CZ.145.0094 and take care of all the paperwork. Want something beyond a standard Garmin kit? AIR TEAM Engineering designs and certifies it in-house under DOA EASA.21J.849.
