The mill, the laser, the form board.
Part 21G production at Sušice 170, Moravská Třebová. Panels, harnesses, monuments and kits are made on machines we run ourselves and leave with Form 1.
The same machines serve the hangar at Kunovice, which keeps downtime short when a one-off bracket or a legend plate is needed mid-project.
Machines and processes
Each process is used on certified work under CZ.21G.0075 and on one-off parts for maintenance.
3-axis CNC milling
Instrument panels and machined parts to the approved drawing, in aluminium and plastics, with cut-outs for every instrument and control.
Universal milling
One-off and low-volume aircraft parts, from vintage types to current ones, with short lead time and less downtime.
Laser engraving
Legends, placards, labels and ownership plates, permanent and clear for the life of the aircraft.
Riveting
Aluminium and composite assemblies, from fuselage repairs to wing enhancements.
3D printing
Tooling, prototypes and selected cabin fixtures, produced under our DOA and POA data.
Rapid prototyping
A functional prototype before the certified run, so the fit is proven before approved parts are made.
