Custom Avionics Panels
Production · Avionics kits
A panel laid out around your avionics stack.
Every pilot and every operator wants the instruments and controls in a logical, ergonomic order. We design the layout, mill the panel, engrave it, wire it and release it, all in our own shop and with our own technician-pilots who know the aircraft.
The panel is drawn to your avionics and the aircraft type certificate, so it drops into the cockpit without being reworked on the day.
What we build
Instrument panels
CNC-milled to the approved drawing, with cut-outs for every display, instrument and control.
Plug and play panels
A panel with its custom harness, circuit breakers, indicator lights and switches installed according to the installation manuals.
Lit and edge-lit panels
Night-readable legends and edge-lit cockpit panels from the same milling run.
Electro-mechanical assemblies
Junction boxes, shelf assemblies, CB and switch panels, power supplies and test boxes.
Engraving and finish
Laser-engraved legends, anodised or painted to the aircraft colour specification.
Room for the next upgrade
Optional extensions so the panel can take future avionics without being rebuilt.
