Unsold and unopened products can be returned within 90 days. Your risk is minimized. If it does not sell, send it back.

Territory Sales Manager
For partners who take a market and work it. You know the flight schools, operators, shops and government buyers in your country, and you want to sell the whole AIR TEAM range into them, not just a product line. You build the relationships in your territory. We supply the parts, the shop, the brands and the back office behind you.
Your territory, your account book
Territory is assigned semi-exclusively and the accounts you bring in stay attached to you, so every order from them counts for you.

A scoped CRM seat so you can run your own pipeline, quote your own customers and see where each deal stands. Ordering and delivery run through us.
Commission on what you bring
You earn on goods, services and our own brands sold into your book, with a quarterly bonus tied to the performance of the whole territory. Rates depend on the market and the scope we agree.

How it works

Which country, which customers you already reach, and what you are selling today. We look at whether the territory is free and whether the fit is real.

We write down the market, the customer segments and the accounts that stay with us, and agree the commission structure at signature.

Claim your accounts
Customers you bring in go into your book in our CRM. From then on, business from those accounts is attributed to you.

Sell, and keep selling
You run the territory. We quote, ship and support. You are paid after we are paid, with the quarterly bonus settled once the quarter closes.

What we expect
Content creation
At least 2 content pieces per campaign: unboxing reel, product review, "day in the life" with gear in frame, story series with countdown, or carousel post. Your style, your voice.
Already a territory partner?
A Territory Sales Manager can add the voucher code to an existing agreement. Same code stack, same payout logic, no separate contract.
10-day campaign
Each campaign runs for 10 days. We send products 2 weeks ahead so you have time to create content. If you send content early, we launch PPC support alongside your posts.
2–16K followers?
We focus on micro-influencers in the aviation community. Even with a smaller following, the right audience converts better than broad reach. Nano, micro, and mid-tier creators are all welcome.
