Data we process

Depending on how you use the website, we may process:

• information you include in an enquiry, including aircraft type, project requirements and any other details you choose to provide;
• recruitment information that you send by email, including your CV and correspondence;

Please do not send sensitive personal data or information that is not necessary for your request.

Why we use the data

• answer enquiries, prepare quotations and take steps requested before entering into a contract;

The website is hosted using Google Firebase. Enquiry forms and related customer communication are processed through HubSpot. With your consent, Google Tag Manager may load analytics and marketing technologies configured for this website. These providers and other contracted IT suppliers may process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.

We may also disclose data to professional advisers, competent authorities or other recipients where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, AIR TEAM relies on an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards required by data-protection law.

Cookies and optional tracking

Necessary technologies support security, remember your privacy choice and enable requested website functions. The HubSpot form is loaded so that you can submit an enquiry.

Optional analytics and marketing technologies are disabled until you select Accept optional cookies. If you reject them, the main website and enquiry form remain available. You can clear this site’s stored data in your browser to make the choice again.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for any applicable legal, regulatory, contractual or limitation period. Recruitment data is kept for the selection process and longer only where there is a lawful reason to do so. Retention settings operated by our service providers are reviewed according to the relevant purpose.

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may withdraw consent at any time.
